Shipping policy

Orders are processed Monday through Fridays
- Allow 5-7 business days for orders to be processed.
- Pre order items may take up to 12 days to be processed.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information.

If there is an error in the shipping address, client must contact us to correct the address before processing the order. If the order is processed and shipped to an incorrect address, due to client negligence, the package will be returned to our office and the costumer will be responsible for shipping costs.

We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If your package is lost in transit, this is the carrier’s responsibility. In which case you should contact your nearest USPS office directly.

Shipping charge of $6 in all orders in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Unless a free shipping discount is applied at checkout.
-Depending on your country, state or zip code additional shipping fees and taxes may apply.
- Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package.
- If client wishes a faster shipping method (Priority Mail), contact us
